Zhengde Hot-rolled steel sheet piles mainly have three shapes: U-shaped steel sheet piles, Z-shaped steel sheet piles and linear steel sheet piles, as shown in Figure 1. Among them, Z-shaped steel sheet piles and linear steel sheet piles are relatively complicated in production, processing and installation. The price is 1/3 higher than that of U-shaped steel sheet piles.
Steel sheet pile construction adopts vibration pile sinking construction, erecting single-layer double-sided guide frames, and screen-type driving method to drive steel sheet piles.

Full range
Cold-formed steel sheet piles and hot-rolled steel sheet piles can be produced in U-shape, Z-shape, and W-shape. The manufacturing process is different. The length of hot-rolled steel sheet piles is generally limited, mainly 9 meters, 12 meters, 15 meters, 18 meters, 400 wide, and 600 wide. The water stop effect is generally better than that of cold bending, and the market stock is large.
