Zhengde Stainless steel plate is a metal material widely used in construction, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing and other industries. According to different classification standards, stainless steel plate can be divided into the following types.
1. Classification by material
Stainless steel plates can be divided into various types according to material, such as 304 stainless steel plates, 316 stainless steel plates, and 321 stainless steel plates. Among them, 304 stainless steel plate is the most commonly used one, with good corrosion resistance, processing performance and decorative performance. 316 stainless steel plate has higher corrosion resistance and tensile strength, and is suitable for highly corrosive occasions such as marine environments. 321 stainless steel plate has high temperature resistance and is suitable for chemical industry and aerospace fields in high temperature environments.
2. Classification by surface treatment
Stainless steel plates can be divided into 2B, BA, HL, NO.1 and other types according to surface treatment. Among them, 2B surface treatment is the most commonly used one, that is, the surface after cold rolling and annealing treatment has the characteristics of low brightness and average surface finish. BA surface treatment is the electrolytic polishing treatment of the 2B surface, which has high smoothness and surface brightness. HL surface treatment is to mechanically polish the 2B surface, which has the characteristics of high brightness and good surface finish. The NO.1 surface treatment is the surface after hot rolling, which has the characteristics of poor brightness and obvious surface microstructure.
3. Classification by thickness
Stainless steel plates can be divided into various types according to thickness: thin plates with a thickness of 0.3-4mm, medium plates with a thickness of 4-20mm, and thick plates with a thickness of 20-60mm. Among them, thin plates are suitable for making small parts such as electronic products and precision machinery; medium plates are suitable for making medium-sized products such as prefabricated buildings and chemical equipment; thick plates are suitable for making large products such as large chemical containers and power generation equipment.
4. Classification by use
