Classification:
There are mainly two types in terms of appearance:
Slab: The ratio of cross-section width to height is large, and it is mainly used for rolling plates.

Production Process:
Steel billets are produced through three process methods:
One is to directly cast molten steel into steel billets through the continuous casting equipment of the steelmaking system;
The second is the semi-finished steel products processed from the steel ingots or continuous casting billets produced by the steel-making system through the rolling equipment of the steel rolling system;
The third is semi-finished products that are processed by forging equipment from steel ingots produced by the steelmaking system.
